General Rules
- Minimum of 20- maximum of 220
- Swim hats are essential, feel free to bring your own or they can be purchased at reception.
- A minimum ratio of 1 adult (over 18) to every 10 children from the age of 8 and this adult must remain poolside.
- Children aged under 8 the ratio is 1 adult to every 5 children and this adult must join the group in the pool.
- Children aged 5 and Under the ratio is 1 adult to every 2 children and this adult must join the group in the pool.
- Children with additional needs/specific requirements or require 1:1 assistance must have a guardian with them at all times in the water.
- Children aged 12 and over can enter the water without an adult/child ratio but the group leaders/guardians must remain on the premises.
- Please email this Booking Form to us at the above details, to be received no less than 7 days prior to your intended visit. Bookings of 150+ people must be booked a minimum of 28 days ahead of requested time. Please contact us to confirm our receipt/details and the booking is confirmed.
- Correct swim attire must be worn. ‘Outdoor’ clothing is not allowed to be worn in the pool, this includes but is not limited to jeans, baggy trousers, clothing with metal studs/zips, baggy t-shirts/shirts, jumpers/zippy tops, clothing with hoods.
- Changing rooms must be supervised by leaders on entry and exit times.
- Upon receipt of your Booking Form, we will issue you with an invoice for your booking. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Full payment must be made 3 days before your visit. We understand sometimes life happens so you can make amendments to your booking up to 5 Days before your booking, Any changes after this may incur extra charges.
