General Rules
- Minimum of 20- maximum of 200+
- Swim hats are essential, feel free to bring your own or they can be purchased at reception for €3
- A minimum ratio of 1 adult (over 18) to every 10 children from the age of 8 and this adult must remain poolside.
- Children aged under 8 the ratio is 1 adult to every 5 children and this adult must remain poolside.
- Children with additional needs/specific requirements or require 1:1 assistance must have a guardian with them at all times.
- Children aged 12 and over can enter the water without an adult/child ratio but the teachers/guardians must remain on the premises.
- Changing rooms must be supervised by a teacher/guardian on entry and exit times.
- Upon receipt of your Booking Form, we will issue you with an invoice for your booking. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Full payment must be made before your visit. We understand sometimes life happens so you can make amendments to your booking up to 5 Days before your booking, Any changes after this may incur extra charges.
