GENERAL QUESTIONS

Should I pre-book my tickets?

We strongly advise everyone to book their tickets to avoid disappointment. If a session is at max capacity, we cannot allow entry. 

How long are the sessions?

Each of our sessions are 2 hours 15 minutes long, we allow entry 15 minutes before the session start time and advise everyone to come 'pool ready'.

What should I wear for pool entry?

Swimwear is essential. We do not allow entry with incorrect swimwear for example no denim clothing, clothing with zips or metal buttons, no baggy clothes that could cause risk when swimming. 

Do I need a swim hat?

Yes, swimming hats are essential, you can bring your own or purchase one on site at arrival. We also have swim accessories for sale, goggles, arm bands, swim nappies, approved floats for babies, some swimwear etc. 

Are there lockers and hair dryers?

Yes, we have lockers in our changing village to store your belongings while you're in the pool, the lockers take €1 and your coin is returned when your done. 

We have hairdryers in our vanity area, the hair dryers take 50c coins.  

What if I've booked and I can't make my session?

We try to accommodate those who need to change their booking date, should you need to change your booking, email info@waterworldbundoran.com. We would need 72 hours notice to move bookings and bookings cannot be moved in any circumstance after the event. We do not issue refunds as per the t's and c's confirmed when booking. 

We have hairdryers in our vanity area, the hair dryers take 50c coins.  

Is there car parking nearby?

Donegal County Council provides a pay per use car park right outside our door. There is a free car park across from the Allingham Arms hotel and it is an approx 8 minute stroll to WaterWorld. 

Is WaterWorld within walking distance to other amenities in the town?

WaterWorld is right on the promenade by main beach, we have a newly refurbished playpark right next door and the Bundoran Adventure park is right next to that. We are practically on the beach and beside Rougey Walk All of the amenities in teh 'Explore Bundoran' tab are within a 5 minutes walk. A trip to WaterWorld allows for a great day out exploring Bundoran.
